We all have idea of Bosch excellence in automobile world and to continue with this they are all set to step into the Indian two wheeler service industry. Focusing on strategies they are planning to open two wheeler service centers throughout the country. They have already opened 10 Express Bike Service (EBS) outlets in Coimbatore with the line “Sole service center in India”.
Bosch Vice President, S. Murlidharan said, “the company plans to open as many as 50 outlets throughout the country by the end of 2012 with 10 outlets in the important cities. These service outlets are aimed at filling a huge service network gap in the country”.
He also said that the EBS service centers can reach up to 500 in the future as they already have 500 car centers all over the country. They aim to provide excellent services to multi brand two-wheelers with genuine two-wheeler parts and equipments. Considering the price hike condition in India, Murlidharan see a good cope in the country by massive increase in two-wheeler services space in tire II and III both in rural and urban areas.
Mr. V. P said that the company is under planning for 24*7 mobile service centers in coming time. The company is coming with clear vision and mission.
