2013 is expected to be an eventful year for the India motorcycle industry, with bigger powered bike finally coming to India. One of the most anticipated launch of the year, is the 375cc bike from the Bajaj stable, which is to arrive in 2013.
The first basic question for all of us is how the bike will be in terms of its appearance and loojs and to answer those here are the first spy shots of the Pulsar 375cc.
The new Bajaj Pulsar 375 is based on the KTM Duke 390 that was unveiled at the EICMA motor show last year and is expected to be launched in India by May 2013.
These pics were share by powerdrift and are presumed to be that of the Pulsar 375 but these are assumptions, nothing is solid until confirmed from the manufacturer, for now what we have are these, the first spy pictures of the Pulsar 375.
Looking at the pictures, it is evident that the new Pulsar 375 is a fully faired version with twin projector headlights, the sporty instrument cluster similar to that of the Pulsar 200NS, the bike in many terms very similar to the Pulsar 200NS, not only the instrument cluster but look at other things like the fuel lid, the cowl, tank design.
Powering the Pulsar 375 will be a re-worked version of the 375cc, single cylinder motor that powers the Duke 390, the Pulsar 375 is expected to have a power output of 38 – 42 bhp, the bike will feature a triple spark plug layout that is also there on the Pulsar 200NS. With all this you can expect the Pulsar 375 to easily have a top speed of over 160kmph
